Biography

Ann is a PhD candidate and member of Dr. Daniel Horton's Climate Change Research Group in the Department of Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Sciences at Northwestern University. Her research focuses on understanding and characterizing landslide-triggering precipitation. Specifically, she is interested in the uncertainties among quantitative precipitation estimates, and how publicly available precipitation data can be used effectively in landslide applications.
