Marísa Macías is a geologist in the Landslide Hazards Program. Her research interests include user experience (UX) research and risk communication.

Marísa has a bachelor's in geological engineering with an honors minor in public affairs and a master's in humanitarian engineering and science, both from Colorado School of Mines.
